How to open up case of H100 - faulty jack socket

Hi there, my H100 works fine except that the headphone socket is worn and sound is intermittent. I am hoping to open up the case to access the female socket and squeeze the contacts so they hold onto the jack more tightly. Has anyone opened the case successfully? I don't want to break any plastic lugs or contacts.

I mostly use the player for listening to audio books. If I do have to get a new player I would like one that you could bookmark where you are on a file but I haven't seen any with that feature.
