i have this ebook and i was wondering if could add it to my P3 as Pdf or did i need to change it to Flash format. if anyone has any idea how to add ebooks without having to to the txt. format i would appreciate it

No, there is no regular DAP/PMP that supports PDF, to the best of my knowledge. PDF doesn't work well on small screens, since it uses a static page layout without dynamic line breaks, so it would be generally unreadable on a 480x272 screen.

You can try pdf2swf converter, it will generate swf file out from pdf, but anyway book will be unreadable i think.

I got an E-Book to work..I simply changed the extension to .txt , although this does get rid of images, you'll have slightly audible text.
