NC compatible smaller IEM ?

Hi

I just bought a S754, OEM IEM are slightly too big for my ears. I happen to have small ear conducts so even with the smallest ear bud included in the bundle the things are hard to insert, and will eventually fall out if I move my head too much.

What are my options here ?
- go for a smaller "nozzle" IEM and loose NC ?
- find smaller silicon ear buds ?
- buy foam ear buds, which could provide better grip ?
