Vision m not connected message or recognized

I have tried on 3 machines winxp,vista 32, and vista 64. None will connect and nothing shows in device mgr. The vision m was used and worked but never allowed upload. I reformatted and it takes a full charge on a brand new battery. Creative MP3 recovery doesn't recognize either. All the recovery-reset stuff works just no recognition. I'm already downgraded to media player 10 and can't remove sp3 in xp.
