Would have been nice to get XBOX Live Gamer Points or an Avatar Download (of a Phone for instance) for completing the tour rather than just facebook wall posts.... Get it now in the Marketplace.

The app is from "Microsoft Corporation" in the about screen or as listed in the Marketplace. Not sure if it was developed in house or contracted out, however it is released as an MS App.
