I received mine last Friday and it is in like new condition. It had french as the language and some free music and one Sansa video..maybe from Quebec? I experienced the hard to plug in the head phone jack problem. The phone jack was still a virgin.

GRRRRRRRRR! I went ahead last week and just ordered a new -overstock- one from Ebay for $66.00. Oh well - Enjoy it!
