Hello. Welcome.
What do you mean by "won't tun on completely"? What exactly is happening? Is this a new Zen or have you had it for a while?

Give this a shot first: Try booting into Recovery Mode and selecting Cleanup from the menu. This will do a repair on the Zen's filesystem/database and could solve your issue. To boot the Zen into Recovery Mode: Detach your player from the PC if it is connected, and turn off the player. If the player stops responding, you can reset the player. To reset the player, gently insert a thin object into the Reset hole located below the power switch. Press and hold the Play/Pause button while powering on your player. When the player displays the Creative logo, release the Play button. It will display the following options: Clean Up - Scans the player and removes invalid links from its music library. Does not affect music files themselves. Format (All) - Caution! Erases all content! Save a copy of your player's content before formatting. Reload OS/ Firmware - Caution! Erases your player's firmware. DO NOT select the Reload Firmware option unless you have access to a PC and you have downloaded the necessary firmware to install. Reboot - Reboots the device.

These are great tips, and I used them to fix a problem with my Zen, however I'm having another issue, getting my Zen to recognize that it now has a 32 gb SD card. It is one that was supposed to be compatible with the Zen per my research at the Creative website, etc. and I'm trying to load all the music I want on it (files are about 4 gb, yet it says the card does not have enough space and it should have 32 gb!! Any suggestions on what I can do to correct this? Should I reformat the 32 gb card and reload the music onto it? Thanks in advance...
