WANTED: imput on w.i.p theme

Hey everyone I'm currently working on a revamp/recolor/merge -ish theme.
It based on iLike which for those who don't know is a remake of the original ipod interface. Although i enjoy the theme i did not feel it captured the feel of rockbox and instead made me feel like i was trying to make up for not buying an ipod. So i decided i was going to make it ooze Rockbox by stealing design elements from cabbie (aka the yellow). Here is what i have so far, any and all input is greatly appreciated.

Some criticism - meant to be constructive…

• I think that yellow tint is a bit too garish. The Cabbie yellow is darker and IMHO much easier on the eyes. (But this is purely a matter of taste.)

• The viewport containing the header should be moved up a bit. Note that the letter g in "Charging" is chopped off at the bottom.

• IMO there is too little space between the progress bar and album art.

• You could make your theme language agnostic by using %Sx to translate common bits of text: %Sx(FM Radio), %Sx(Battery: Charging) and so on…

Thanks for the imput, I was actually concered about the yellow myself (I'm colorblind but it did seem a little off) any chance you know the hex code for cabbie yellow?

and i had not noticed those other bits :/ now i can't stop staring. lol again thanks a lot, i appreciate the imput.

Yeah, that sounds familiar. But hey - it's only a few simple viewport adjustments and you're done.
