Default S545 16Gb only $89 !

Can't believe I just picked up a 16GB NWZ-S545 for only $89 at BestBuy.

If they're "dumping" them at this low price, could it possibly mean there is a newer, larger version coming out soon? That's how most electronic items are handled....clear the shelves for something newer.

Who knows, but at least for the time being I got a great mp3 player at a great price.

It's possible the newer S-series could finally hit the US....but I doubt you'll see one with more capacity.

Enjoy it though.....it's a nice sounding player with great battery life(as long as you don't use the speakers)

Or it could just mean Bestbuy is just getting rid of them to make room for other items in their warehouses regardless whether Sony has any new plans to bring in a refresh.
