question about the glass of the screen

hallo, I am a new owner of the cowon d3...
I would ask if you know if the screen of the d3 is scratch-resistant like that of the S9..

another question:
Is it normal that the bottom of the D3 (the part near the "Home" button) becomes warm??
(while only listening to music or doing normal operations..not wifi or games etc..)

I haven't heard any official word, but I'm sure it is something like gorilla glass.

When the screen is on mine gets slightly warm. It gets much less warm with new firmware than old firmware while playing music. I don't notice any heat if the screen is off and I'm playing music. Playing MP3 on the D3 seems to take about 14% of the CPU while FLAC takes about 5-6%, so if you play MP3 your D3 might get a little warmer than mine since I play mostly FLAC.
