There cant be music unless the developer decideds to intergrate wavecrave into it, otherwise the player does not have enough ram

How do you mean?
There is no fee for downloading the games, and most people don't mind you looking at the code and use some of it if you ask nicely. So I'd say yes, in most senses of the word they are "free".

YES, all of the games are free. If you want to use them on the player just download them. But if you want to publish them on another forum or if you want to publish them on your Homepage you have to ask each develop from the project you want to take...
Or if you want to develop your own game you can look at the code from all of this applications. but you aren´t allowed to publish the same game with just a few changes. If you want to copy something you have to ask!
