Default help! my zen is dead and i NEED my data on it!

My stupid Creative Zen just stopped turning on, and all i want is my music in the memory to transfer to my PC but i cant since it seems the battery is DEAD. i tried reset button, nothing. charged it with many motorola chargers and nothing lights up or anything. is there ANY way to turn on the mp3 player or access the data when its off??? its so ridiculous!!! its plugged into the PC but it just has to be on to access my music!!!

i opened up the zen and took out the battery, but now more crap has happened, the red wire connected to the motherboard to the battery snapped off, and the widget you use to turn on the player cracked off.

i will not give up trying to get that music because it has costed me SOO much, i must find a way!

You should always have a copy of your music on your computer! I think some sites allow your to re-download tracks you bought, so look into that. If not you are probably screwed.
