So now with the new update is this player worth it?
Does have full android capabilities, like the market?

Just want to know more info bout this player, so i know if i wanna get the D3 or something else.

No official android market, but it is easy enough to add amazon's android market app to it. Far better with apps than it was with the last firmware, and this is only a beta release of 2.3 so far.

If you don't mind android, and are patient for updated then sure. They still have a few things to fix, although the media aspects of it are far along.
