How to make Yp-M1 conect by USB 3.0 in Windows 7?

I just got a new PC running Windows 7 this time.
I wanted to Conect the M1 by USB 3.0 port so i can have the two 2.0 usb port free to other conexions.

My Cowon S9 conect fine to USB 3.0 left it inside in one reboot.
but Samsung M1 dont do the same.

It dock fine just plugging it in by usb 2.0 but not in usb 3.0
i hear the dock sound but it does not show up.

Should i install a windows 7 driver for Windows 7 for M1?
