Where are my FLAC files?

HI guys - my first post so be easy on me

I've recently bought an X-Fi2 and i like it so far but i'm trying to put FLAC files on it using Centrale and it wont let me - saying video codec not installed ( or something like that)
I tried dragging and dropping through explorer and that seemed to work but i cant find the files on the player - even though they show up under 'Album' along with the rest of my music in Centrale when the player is connected to my PC. I'm no where near the max limit.

any idea on both methods please?
