Unable to use/uninstall creative centrale

Hi everyone! Sorry if i make mistakes but English's not my first language ^^" I Hope you'll understand me anyway! So this is my problem :

Years ago i had a Zen V player, which installed the software Creative Centrale on my computer. When i lost that player (actually, someone stole it...), i stopped using this software but left it on my computer. Later, when i was cleaning my computer, i tried to uninstall it... but realised i couldn't... When i go to the panel control, and click uninstall, the software crashes ("Creative Centrale stopped working"). The same when i try to open it, i can't.

Now i just bought the X-Fi Style, and tried to install the latest version of the software... but can't either!! Because it tells me that i already have a version of it and tries to uninstall it but it can't!! So i tried again to uninstall it in the control panel... no succes... i also tried to delete the folder in the C:\Programs but it tells me that i don't have the authorization to do it...

Please help me, i wan't to use my new player but this crappy software won't work
