I just bought a new Zen 16Gb. It works find, until yesterday it froze when I turned it on. And it happens every three or four times I turn on. The sound was not working, but the name of the song, artist, album still running. And I can still see the track list, but can't play the sound, it keeps stopping at 00:00. If I press play/next/prev it will froze completely, can't do anything. And It cannot be turned off normally, I must use the reset button everytime it freeze.
So can anyone help me with this??? And sorry for my bad English. |

IF it's new take it back to the shop as it's obviously faulty.

I just found out that if my zen turn on and play a .m4a song right after, it freeze. If not, it will still run normally. The .m4a can still be played fine if a mp3 song is played when the zen turn on. So is there anyway to fix this, or do I have to convert all my .m4a to .mp3??????
