Sony NWZ-A850 Series

Did these ever come out? I see they did in Japan but these versions seem to only be made with Japanese menus.

Is there any way to get one? It almost seems like Sony skipped this generation and went straight to the new 860 series...

It did come out, and it was Japan only.

An aside: I wouldn't recommend that seller. I bought a player from him, and he specifically stated that there was a way to get an english firmware version on it. There isn't. Upon telling him about this, he suggested I send it back at my own expense, he would take it to some guy he knows in Hong Kong, and that person would change it, and then i would have to pay to get it shipped back to me.

Suspicious to say the least. I ended up selling it on eBay to recover my costs, and then found an NWZ-A847 from another site at a far better price, even with shipping and the exchange rate.

I'd love to see a place to buy the new touchscreen A-series. Sony's U.S. store has them listed, but not yet available.
