As requested here, here are some benchmarks I made. I know benchmarks are a controversial topic. The results below do not necessarily make sense and may differ from one test to another but well, that does not cost much to benchmark the devices...

Interesting.
That Naver blog had a review of the GB70 as well, but no benchmarks, I don't know Korean and it was untranslatable.
The numbers might not tell the whole story, but they are a lot more informative than the baffling Korean advertising campaign, which seems to be some sort of high school soap opera!

Wow, that was fast! Thank you very much for running the tests and taking the pictures, I'm sure it was lots of work! The reports look decent, if not super fast. About what I expected from a single core at 1GHz. Just enough for music, videos, apps and some simple multitasking. Well, if it is released North America within the next month or two I think I might just get it instead of a Archos 43. Thanks again!

When I first received my 5.0 there was no Netflix streaming app for it; but I just discovered a Netflix app today, and it works great. The video quality is fabulous. Found out last night that the Netflix app eats the battery like hell. It wasn't just the video, but afterwards I fell asleep and and somehow the Netflix app kept running without playing a movie and the battery was really low in the morning. I have played the Wifi Radio all night without much battery loss in the past. It's something related to Netflix I think.

Thanks for all these tests. Not sure if they have any meaning in the grand scheme, but I sure am going to try them on the Archos 32 vs. the Cowon D3 - as long as I can get those tests without Android Market.
