Default how to bookmark in E100
Hi everyone, just wanted to know if anyone knew how to create bookmarks in the iriver E100. I have been trying to work it out for ages and have no idea.

I listen to a lot of audio books and the tracks are so long, I really need to be able to bookmark them somehow. The fast forward is so slow and impractical plus I can never remember the time within the track that I stopped it....

Please Please help!!
