Should X- Fi 2 come with a memory card?

Hello,

I recently posted regarding problems I am having transferring music onto my new X-Fi 2, however I have realised the Micro SD slot appears to be empty? I purchased a 16gb model and am wondering if this is built in memory or whether it should have come with a memory card?

No, it is not shipped with a memory card and it shouldn´t be. The 16GB X-Fi2 model has 16GB internal Flash memory. With a memory card you can expand this internal memory on the fly. AFAIK up to 16GB SDHC-micro is supported.
