Samsung possibly forgot the right/left sound balance control in the P3, or did I miss something?

To the best of my knowledge, no Samsung player in the last years - or most other brands for that matter - have pan/balance.
Only players with balance are Cowon (except V5 and D3), Archos Gen 8 (possibly Gen 9 too), Apple with IOS 5, and Rockbox. It's a really sad state of affairs.

Yes, dfkt, and I suppose this "basic" feature is not there even in the Galaxy 4/5 players. Actually, I realized this after my left ear deteriorated to some extent...thankfully, I still have the Cowon D2 and Sansa Fuze.

Indeed, not a single Samsung mp3 player features this setting with the original firmware.
Bu the rockboxed R0 comes soon hehe

Can it be done through User-created EQ for the P3?
