I like the appearance, would like to see the specs (expecting 1.2ghz-1.5ghz Snapdragon S2). Supposedly will be announced on the 26th and for sale in early November...in Europe. We'll see if Nokia decides to grace the 'States with their presence, for a change.

I don't think I'm a windows phone person yet, but Nokia will certainly help more people become one.

Does anyone know what radio bands these will have? I want a Nokia to upgrade my Surround. But I don't want something we big as a Titan nor do I want a Samsung, and these look excellent but leaving at&t is not an option.

Since it's Nokia and aimed at Europe, we can assume GSM and not CDMA. LTE is highly unlikely at this point, going by MS's stance, so we're looking at HSPA+/UMTS, most likely. Lastly, the last major world phones have used Pentaband 3G, or at least quad-band. The former would allow for 2G/3G+ on T-Mobile and AT&T, while the latter would be a full-go on AT&T as well, but 2G only on T-Mobile.

To summarize, I think you'll be fine on AT&T if you don't mind paying retail. No guarantees on a subsidized version until we get a better look at Nokia's US plans.
