I've just bought a new x-fi 2 and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good set of speakers.
My old travelsound for the x-fi is obviously not compatible (never liked it anyway) and I'm not aware of a purpose built Creative one. All advice is most welcome! |

I use a little travel speaker made by Altec Lansing called Orbit. It's not specific to the X-Fi2: it just plugs into the headphone socket. I find it's great for carrying about, and has a surprisingly good sound quality given its size; but it certainly won't fill a room with sound. (Sorry if that reads like an advert: I'm not being paid by Altec

Sony SRS-TP1 portable speaker. USB powered with good sound.

Does anyone know if the X-fi2 fits in the Cambridge Soundworks Creative Z500 Playdock / Traveldock?
Doesn't have to be a perfect fit...just the connector for charge and remote function...I can jury rig the body fit if the connection fit will work. Thanks!
