If you live in europe DMB is usless , (previous models only tuned tv with asian standarts). manycountrys use another standart to broadcast digital terrestial television , be sure that your country stations are compatible
Most of the flash games for iriver are..pathetic
s100 seems to have better batery life so it might last more...years (less number of charges)
You should consider also how ergonomic and robuts are each one's controls
H264 is a good codec to save bytes on memory, while giving good quality , but on a 3.3 inches of my cowon s9 screen divx, xvid work very, very good
Read more reviews of each one
my players:
IRIVER: ifp-190 ,ifp-880 (broken), s10,t60,clix2/ COWON: u3, cowon u5,cowon s9 32gb,
: fuze v2, clip+, clipzip,LG: mffm15, mffm33, Treckstor ibeatcenso and my car's one!

thanks for you response. Cowon s9 is a lot of power for me. I bought the e300, the only downside is that is not formatted to play divx and H.264
