Has anyone tried to used the generic Griffin Technologies iTrip Universal Plus FM Transmitter and Charger?
Here is a link to it: http://www.jr.com/JRProductPage.process?Product=4147355 If so, what cable did you use with it to charge your zen v? |

it won't work i bet. the ONLY way it'll charge is from the usb jack. that small jack on the top is made for line-in and only line-in.

If you look at it closer, the charger has a USB port on it that you plug in your player's USB cable into. The small wire coming out is the connector for the headphone jack so it takes the sound from your Zen V Plus out the headphone jack and via its FM Transmitter plays on your car radio.
I have a similar accessory adapter in my car that just has a USB port on it, but it won't power my Zen V Plus with the Creative cable... as seems to be the case with nearly every USB power supply unit. |
