there is something loose inside my Zen V plus

Hi , hope some one can help me. i got my V plus 2GB in November to go on holiday and ive not been dissapointed its a smashing wee tool. recently however ive noticed a rattle from inside and it feels like the inside of the player is loose?

Does anyone have a fix for this or should i leave well alone

Okay, seriously: If your player is under warranty, then take it in at your earliest convenience. If not, then carefully take the thing apart, extract whatever it is that's floating around in there, and see if you can figure out where it went to.

dumb question but how do i get it apart !

i bought it from amazon so cant really be bothered sending it away etc for replacement if i can fix it myself
