library mp3 books

I've been on my local library web site and i can download and listen to mp3 audio books...but it says i have to have
OverDrive for MP3 audiobooks
where do i download this to and how do i activte it

I thought I got a copy for my PC from my local library site, but they could have pointed me pretty much anywhere and I would have forgotten by now.

But the Overdrive site would probably work.
