Video help on Samsung Q3

Hi there,

I am having trouble getting any sort of video on to my Q3. I have tried iPlayer clips, mp4, avi, and wmv. But nothing appears to work. Am I doing something incredibly stupid??

I am using the Kies software and I sometimes get windows popping up to decode the video etc, but no matter what options i pick the video never works.

I would really appreciate some helps and tips here.

You don't need Kies to transfer or convert any files. Just drag & drop files in the Windows Explorer.
Video formats supported are written in the user manual to download on the Samsung website
