Fuze + locked up

I'v got a new fuze+,its locked up,wont turn on,And I had just charged it recently,any ideas?

Most of the other Sansa players can be reset by holding the power button for anywhere from 15 seconds to a minute.....not sure if this will work on the Fuze+ though.

The times when I had one lock up holding the power button until it reset worked. That was on the earlier firmwares.

I don't own one now but can access one and when I use it the types of things that caused the first one to freeze don't occur now. The biggest difference is this one is on the latest firmware. Updating may help avoid future problems. Updating the firmware is fairly simple. You can find the firmware and directions here.
