Amend the files in .rockbox/wps/Stg/
progress-bar.bmp is probably the image you're looking for, but I would have thought you'd also want to change a few other bmp files in that folder

This is what i did
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/528/zipstg.jpg/ Progress bar is fine but I think line selector which I'm unable to change. Pls guide. Thanks.

The line selector isn't an image. You need to edit the theme file using Notepad++ or similar text editing software.
Change the following lines of text in .rockbox/themes/Stg.cfg ... line selector start color: f5e5a2 line selector end color: b78a52 ... to something like ... line selector start color: d9d9d9 line selector end color: 8e8e8e
