*Help Needed* Unable to connect to server-Email

I am unable to retrive emails other and the Exchange account on my SGP. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the accounts several times. I have other Android devices and have no issues. I keep getting "UNABLE TO CONNECT TO SERVER" What gives? I have gone over my set ups on other Android devices and I can connect to the internet and like I said connect to my office server. I am having issues with IMAP and POP connections.

Any advice would be appreciated because I didn't find much on the net or this forum on this subject matter.
