![]() Nokia is rolling out an update to its Nokia Maps app, adding the ability to back up and sync your favorite locations, as well as in-app reviews and photo uploads. With the new update, favorite locations can now be synced up to the Nokia Maps website (maps.nokia.com), allowing you to backup these important locations up to the cloud and access them via the web interface or any number of Nokia devices. They will also be accessible on third-party devices through the Nokia Maps mobile site. With version 2.0, Nokia has also enabled in-app reviews and photo uploads for map listings. This makes it much easier to leave your feedback or share the latest photos while on the go. Reviews and photos, like your favorites, will also show up on the Nokia Maps website, albeit in a public capacity. Last, but not least, you can finally pin directions to the start screen. This works for routes on foot or by car or public transport. Nokia has done a great job of keeping its exclusive apps up to date. I just hope that Nokia Drive is next in line, as it needs contact list integration and support for App Connect. Which app do you use more: Nokia Maps or Nokia Drive? [Nokia]
