so someone put a post that he has a walkman for sale ,,and he used that picture ,,but i can hardly know what walkman is that??

he said that this walkman has a 1GB storage space with an extended sd memory slot that can thak up to 32 GB !!

does this walkman exist ?

That looks like an A Series prototype, and it's 8gb or 16gb. The ad you mentioned is a lie.

Things that would give it away as being fake would include that statement that a Sony Walkman player would take anything other than Sony's own memory card format, Memory Stick.

Sony may make devices that use SD cards, but they also like to use their own formats first (like Blu-Ray DVDs on the PS3 and UMD on the PSP).

Thanks a lot guys for the help ,, yes i believe it's a lie too ,,any way i was looking for a walkman here in my city ,,but we don't have it in the whole country O.o ,,so i went today to the black market xD in my city and got an IPOD Classic 160GB for less than 90$ ,,it's in very good shape and function good ,,,, i'm actually sad that i couldn't get a walkman ,,but what ever !!

Do either the A720 or the NWZ-A820 have an expansion slot? If not, the pic doesn't really matter. It's just some graphic to boost a bogus sale attempt.

I went to the Sony Website and checked the instruction manuals for the NWZ-A726 and NWZ-A826 Walkman digital audio players (DAP) and there was no mention of memory cards in either instruction manual.

Since my first Walkman (DAP) (an NWZ-A816), I've not seen of any Walkman DAPs with a memory card slot. It's unfortunate that Sony has not added this option to their players, I think it would make their players more competitive in the marketplace.

I'd luv one of their little gum stick style B series type players with a micro sd expansion slot. I'd buy it immediately!!!
