![]() It has been eight-and-a-half months since the ZTE Tania was first announced, but the device has finally arrived on China Unicom’s CDMA network in both black and white variants. Not much has changed over the last three quarters of a year, except for a nice processor upgrade from 1GHz to 1.4GHz. The Tania, also known as ZTE V965W in China, still features the same 4.3-inch display, 5MP camera, 512MB of RAM, and 1400 mAh battery. Those are pretty decent specs for a budget phone, so what’s the catch? The catch, unfortunately, is that it only comes with 4GB of memory. Personally, I find even 16GB a little on the low side, let alone 8GB or--heaven forbid--4GB. Other than that, the ZTE Tania looks like a great device, both from a visual and hardware standpoint. What is the minimum amount of internal memory that you can live with? [Engadget]
