![]() Nokia is, by far, the best smartphone manufacturer when it comes to pushing out new Windows Phone updates. Where others stumble and delay, Nokia has been releasing updates on a fairly regular basis. The latest series of updates target the Lumia 900 (the third update since its release in April), Lumia 710, and Lumia 610. Here’s what the Finnish manufacturer has in store for each device: Lumia 900 version 2175.2101.8779.12201: Enhanced sensitivity for proximity sensor performance and improvement to your phone’s screen colours in low light conditions Lumia 710 version 1600.3031.8779.12180: Internet sharing (Wi-Fi Hotspot) — Share your phone’s internet connection over Wi-Fi with up to five other devices or computers and Flip to silence — Silence incoming calls by turning your phone face down. Lumia 610 version 1066.0000.8779.12201: Enhanced sensitivity for proximity sensor performance and improved sound level for alarm tone during voice calls. The updates might not be available in your region yet, but the phone and Zune software client will deliver a notification as soon as it’s ready to go. As usual, simply connect the phone to your computer to update it via the Zune software client. Do you like Nokia's relatively frequent updates? Or would you prefer a slightly longer wait?
