Cowan X7
I purchased a cowan x7. When I first received it, it download my audio books perfectly and plays perfectly. Now, as of today, nothing will download to my player. I have at least 138gb left. I try to download from audible and digital media. Nothing. I even tried to download the firmware and it will not transfer to my player. I get error messages. Can someone help me. Cowan support is a joke.
