Rolling back Clip Zip from Rockbox to original firmware?

I installed Rockbox on my Clip Zip and it's pretty cool but I prefer the original firmware since I'm not doing anything too snazzy with it. I tried to uninstall Rockbox and run the Sansa firmware updater, but it wouldn't run. I also tried to drop the Sansa firmware file into the root directory of the device after uninstalling Rockbox, but that didn't do anything. It just said that it was missing a file and I needed to connect to USB.

Could someone please tell me how to get the original Sansa firmware reinstalled on my Clip Zip?
