Should I change my nwz-a864 walkman?

Hi, I'm a proudly owner of a A864 walkman (yes, the touch one). I've been thinking of selling it and buying something more portable and with more battery life, and the most important "ease of use and portability". But keeping the best sound quality possible. Would it be stupid if I change it for a S764 or an e053??? Would I loose sound quality? I don't really care about the extra features, just the SQ. Or do you recommend something else?
