Default What is "Angry GPS" app?
It's on my 5.0 device, takes up 0.00 M, and cannot be uninstalled.
Permissions include monitoring location, etc.
Obviously it's not doing much if it is 0 megs in size, but I have not idea what it is or how it got there. Has a crazy red=type logo/icon.
Any ideas?

I not sure but think it was meant to fix GPS problems for the first batch of Galaxy S devices as GPS was broken. It's supposed to help your gps, let's you set the settings of GPS such as operation mode and other stuff. If you don't want, can't you delete it from your rom?

It's like its a ghost. I see it in the list of installed apps, but it's taking up 0 megs and uninstall is grayed out.

You might be stuck with it unless you root your player. Then again, my 5.0 is rooted, yet there are things on my ROM that I can't get rid of (facebook app, etc.)

Exclamation Angry gps
I can't say 100% sure but I get the angry GPS icon flaehing periodically just before my phone suddenly gets a circle with a line thru it where the bars of cell service should be. Nothing including walking to a cell hotspots where I usually have full bars work. Then my phone eventually locks up and I can't even power off. If I Wait for my battery to die or pull the back and battery out then I seem to have nothing but problemspowering back on
I get a gray battery flashes and then off it goes.(I have it plugged in). Finally after many tries it may finally flash to green battery and the sometimes I get lucky and press the power button it may finally flash to the Samsung startup screen. Yay! It once took around a day and a half of trying it finally went back on. Oh if the phone has the dreaded noways circle everything else still works. I can watch videos I downloaded or read an ebook or get emails or use the internet if I'm hooked to wifi . Can someone please help? My phones off warranty.
