yea, dark side, i bought the device when it first came out, after looking at anything other than apple, but, look what happened: I should have bought iPod. I will try the device when making a Westward Ho drive, contacted Rhapsody, customer service is so poor that I could not get correct connection information. Like you said, good luck to me.
