Default E475 Fast Forward Quicker
Is there a way to fast forward quicker for podcasts? If i accidently start the podcast over I want to fast forward quicker

I think if you pause it first then press to fast forward it goes faster....but I haven't had a Sony in a while so that may not work anymore.
