WTB: Sony EX series silicone tips (genuine!)

I would like to buy extra sets of genuine Sony EX-series single flange silicone tips (not hybrids) that owners of Sony IEM's may have around... sizes not needed, etc. They have to be genuine ones which come with Sony earphones, and not 'replacements' from Ebay and the like, as the blends of silicone are different. Aftermarket ones don't sound nearly as good.

I need mediums and larges, and would ideally like to wind up with about 3-4 pairs of each size.

Just let me know what you want for them (I was thinking about something like $3 per 2 pair?)

I have tried this in the past. you are asking for the two most commonly used sizes so you wont get much action here. Do you live near a Sony outlet store? I hear you can get them really cheap there. You can buy sets of genuine Sony tips but they are kind of pricey at about $10 for a range of sizes, one of each size. For that price I decided to go with Comply tips since you get multiples of the size you actually want.

Yeah, I wish I did. We used to have a Sony Store a few years back and I'd frequent it. But it's closed up and gone. Guess we're not a big enough market anymore to justify keeping one.

I will check again, but last I looked there most sellers there say genuine when they're technically the actual Sony ones. I swear Sony has a really nice blend of silicone which aftermarket sellers haven't been able to duplicate yet!

The EX10 in white is $7.99 on Amazon with free US shipping. I guess some buy it to get the tips.

those arent the same as the tips in the higher end IEMs. the higher end ones have the color coded sleeves for sizes. Not sure if the silicone is the same on the lower end ones or not.
