x7 screw size

Hi all, my x7 seems to have died, the on/off button seem to have lost its function, I've removed the screw covers and find I haven't anything to remove the screws. Can anyone tell me the type and size of the screw drivers that I need please.

Before you attempt this, did you try resetting it? I encountered the same issue one time and a simple reset solved the problem. If you open the door that covers the USB port the reset switch is to the left of it.

Hi musichound, no I haven't tried a reset, I thought it may be the switch due to the lack of feel, I'll try that and see what happens.

Oh, if it seems defective it probably is. it won't hurt to try the reset, however, so hopefully it will work out.

Sods law, they say about removing the screw covers but nothing about removing the screws, but thanks for that anyway, worth a try.

Well for anyone that's interested, the driver for the screws is a T6 star driver, and it was the power switch that had come unstuck. After a lot of messing around I think I've managed to reset the switch and placed some paper packing ontop to hold it in place. Now I've to charge the battery and try again. The reset switch has also broken completely, making it useless.

I dropped my X7 and cracked the screen. Any ideas where I can get another screen?
What is the original screen cod, and where can I buy it?
