Replacement for Sennheiser CX 300-II's

Primary location of use: Anywhere, mostly travelling to and from work etc.
Preferable SQ or Sound Signature: Great clarity with less emphasis on amount of bass but rather goodbase definition (as alot of my songs use bass as part of a beat). If you tried CX300-II's then something similar or better.
Media: Music mostly; including dance, rock, classical, hip-hop. Anything really.
