Zen V Plus Problem

Hey guys, I just bought my Zen V Plus 4gb!
Now, I installed the Zen program things and blabla and I filled the player with music.

Now, every time I fast foreward, rewind, pause and play again or change song, I hear a loud "Pop" in my headphone. I tried all 4 headphones I've got and I've even linked the Zen to my boxes, and I STILL hear the pop sound.

Yes, I have updated my Firmware.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?
