Default noticed power sound in ear as turning on

Reviewed the threads, might as well ask this here?

1. when I place the ear buds on.
2. then hold (pop) the on/off button I hear the sound of power faintely in the buds

is it possable that the unit is sensitive?

This is the sound of DC voltage reaching the capacitors in the audio circuit. Perfectly normal, they all do this.

I here this sound when ever I take out my headphones and plug them back in. It really hurts when I do this. Its about 10x as loud as powering on/off. What is this?

it is a like tobey mentions, and Ishould have known the answer, before, but forgot.
it is just sotred power, that needsdischarging, simplist to say that or like
a tube tv never take the tv apart and play with the tubr, it;ll fataliy shock you
