Wondering about gapless.

Hey guys, I'm a happy ZVM owner, but I certainly like what I see and read about the X5. I'm curious about a few things

Without Rockbox installed, do OGG and FLAC play true gapless?

With Rockbox installed, can the X5 play MP3's gapless?

Do any of you use the video feature much? I have read that the frame rate is slow so how is the video quality? Also, it seems to me that a 1.8" screen would make video watching a bit of a chore, how do you owners find the screen? What video codecs does it support?

I probably would have gotten an X5 but I had a gift card at Futureshop (in Canada) and unfortunately they don't carry Cowon products. I do use the video feature a lot though, so that might keep me away from the X5.
