Default Looking for a good DAP under $70 USD

Requirements-
=>Screen of at least 1.8 in.
=>Tactile buttons preferred
=>Expandable memory (32GB)
=>Durable
=>>10 hr Battery life

I've been looking at the iriver E300, Sansa Fuze+ etc,.

Would appreciate your thoughts on these players and advice is welcome.

Expandable memory is not required if built in memory is 16GB +.

I am staying away from these 2 products as it wouldn't exactly be an upgrade in features from a Go-gear Vibe. The Vibe has a larger screen, it can play video and etc.

According to what you listed in your first post the ClipZip would be an upgrade. I can tell you the Fuze+ would NOT be. Maybe you should post what you want to use the player for mostly. (music or video)

Sorry for any confusion but I didn't mean upgrade in terms of SQ. I just want a larger screen for for easier navigation. Any idea on where to get a new original Fuze in my price range. After it was discontinued the prices blew up. May I also have your opinion on-
=> Philips GoGear Ariaz
=>iriver e300
=>Creative Zen Touch 2
=>Me using an old iPod Video 30GB with Rockbox (only problem is the weight, it pulls my shorts off)

Even though the Clip Zip is small the screen is very easy to read. Have you gone to a store to get a hands on look?As for the original Fuze Ebay is where mine have been purchased.. I have 2 one used one refurbished. The refurb looked new the used one was is very good condition. The batteries in both last for 15+ hours & I've had them for 3yrs. This one is new but costs more than you want to pay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sandisk-Sans...item3efaf79190 This one is not new but, priced in your range. http://www.ebay.com/itm/SanDisk-Sansa-Fuze-4GB-Black-FM-MP3-Player-w-microSD-slot-/271192965506?pt=Other_MP3_Players&hash=item3f245c4 182

Rockbox is available for the Clip Zip which might make it easier for you to navigate

I'd be interested in hearing what you think about the UI and reliability if you get the E300. I've read some good things about both the measured and subjective sound quality on those. It also has a feature set that seems to be fairly comprehensive on paper.

That makes me wonder what it doesn't have that makes it just about unknown here in the US. The only thing I would think it might be besides poor marketing would be a wonky UI\firmware or hardware that fails easily.

Will do skip. Now I just have to convince my dad to trust iriver and spring for it. Initial response I saw here was very negative though. It all depends on whether I can find my dads old iPod Video to use.
