Nice solution for the short nozzle of the CK10.

^I have to say, I don't know how an IEM with such a horrible body design (and presumably fit) can possibly be used on the go. It looks like even walking would dislodge it.

Yeah, it's probably the least ergonomic IEM out there, next to the Final Audio stuff, the Super.Fi/Triple.Fi, or the CK10's nozzle. It can be worn over the ears, Mickey Mouse style, though. It's just a loaner from a friend, I didn't buy it.

With the right tips though they're among the very best sounding dynamic driver IEMs, that much is for sure. On par with the FX700, IE8, HJE900, in many aspects.

If they are uncomfortable/unwieldy (they certainly look like it)I would not want to pay much for them.
I certainly would not want to pay $150 retail, even though that is less then many of the iems you compared them to.

They go for even less than that when you buy them OEM from Japan. They should go for about $100 without packaging and tips. But yeah, the fit and form factor sure are very much detrimental from recommending them to most people... not to mention they're really ugly. Not quite as insultingly ugly as Monster IEMs, but very much a slap in the face of good taste everywhere.

Walkgood's fiio band attachment inspired me to use broccoli rubber bands to hold my fiio e5 to my Fuze.

I know the Fiio's pretty useless with the pl-30's and M9's, but it takes a load of strain off the Fuze's jack

Shocking thing is, I actually like how it feels. The heftiness adds this illusion of having a dense player.

I just wish the rubber band wasn't pink.

My broccoli comes with green rubber bands. It sounds awesome.

You certainly not trying to get on my good side, now you mistake me with UV Also, how can you confuse a FiiO amp with a Pico Slim ...

I do remember using a velcro strap for a while but I haven't been using that since this picture and never a broccoli rubber.

You could buy 20 or so FiiO E5's for the price of that Slim.....that said, I know which one I would rather have, and it's not the E5.....mine is long gone.
